These terms apply to services supplied by GLOBE PRINT SOLUTIONS LIMITED (“we”, “us” or “the Company”). A quotation, order confirmation or signed service agreement may add service-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the signed or expressly accepted service-specific agreement takes priority for that service.

2. Services
We may provide website development, SEO, consultancy and customer-requested technical assistance. The exact scope, delivery method, price and timetable are set out in the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Work outside that scope requires separate approval and may incur an additional charge.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to materials reasonably needed for the work.
- Confirm that you are authorised to request work on the relevant website, account, network or device.
- Maintain backups and protect credentials unless backup work is expressly included.
- Review deliverables and raise concerns within the stated review period.
4. Quotations and payment
Prices are confirmed before payment. Projects may require a deposit and milestone payments. Recurring services apply only where the customer has expressly accepted a recurring agreement. Card payments are processed by an approved third-party payment provider; their processing terms may also apply.
5. Delivery and revisions
Dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as fixed. Delays caused by missing content, access, approvals or third-party services may extend delivery. Included revisions are limited to those stated in the quotation.
6. Technical support
Technical assistance is provided only on request and does not guarantee that every fault can be resolved. Remote access requires explicit consent. We do not require banking passwords or one-time authentication codes. The customer may end a remote session at any time.
7. SEO
Search engines and third-party platforms control their own systems. We do not guarantee a particular ranking, traffic level, lead volume or platform approval. Our obligation is to perform the agreed work with reasonable care and skill.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the service, work already completed, non-recoverable third-party costs and applicable consumer law. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of material it owned before the engagement. Subject to full payment, rights in custom deliverables transfer or are licensed as specified in the quotation. Third-party software, fonts, plugins and media remain subject to their respective licences.
10. Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate customer instructions, or failures of third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Complaints
Send complaints to info@globeprintsolutions.com with the order reference and requested resolution. We will acknowledge the complaint and investigate it fairly.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s location.
