Before a session
- We identify the company and explain the requested service.
- The customer receives or is told the price and key terms before payment.
- The customer confirms authority over the device, account or network.
- Remote access is not started without explicit consent.
During a session
- Access is limited to the agreed diagnostic or support task.
- The customer should remain available and may end access at any time.
- We do not ask for online-banking passwords, card PINs, CVV codes or one-time passcodes.
- Where a password must be entered, the customer should type it privately wherever the software permits.
- Files are not copied unless necessary, explained and authorised.
Remote-access software
Only recognised remote-access software suitable for the task may be used. The customer is told how to end the session and, where appropriate, remove or disable unattended access. Persistent access is not enabled unless separately required, documented and expressly authorised.
Security and limitations
Customers should maintain current backups. Remote support involves inherent technical risks, including interruption, configuration changes and failures caused by pre-existing issues or third-party software. We use reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee every issue can be resolved.
Completion and records
We record the service requested, consent, session date, work performed and outcome. Customers should report any concern promptly to info@globeprintsolutions.com.
Customer acknowledgement
Before remote access begins, the customer may be asked to confirm: “I requested this support, I am authorised to grant access, I understand the agreed scope and price, and I consent to remote access for this session. I understand that I can end the session at any time.”
